DT Play the Voodoo Lounge Plymouth |
| |
This was the boys' first outing since Barbados and they wanted to blow out the cobwebs. The night saw 4 great bands upstairs at the Voodoo lounge and along with 'The Self', 'The Rumur' and 'The Dotted Line', the Traffic performed a rousing 45 minute slot. Big shout out to the host and organiser Niki who performed the magic behind it all. |

DT open up the Kingskerswell Beer Festival |
| |
What more could they ask for? A beer festival and an audience of family and friends. The Traffic played an awesome 1 hour set of classic tunes. The heavens opened during the last couple of songs but nothing could dampen the buzz they created. |

DT return to the Blu Cargo Torquay |

Another day another gig, the boys returned to their spiritual home - the bar that was once the Piazza. The small crowd were treated to 2 energetic sets of classic Traffic and a big shout to our Aussie brothers who couldn't stop dancing! |

DT play the John Gandy, Exeter |
| |
This being their first venture into Exeter the Traffic were excited about playing to a new crowd. This was also the first time they would get to try out their new pa bought with the proceeds of their previous gigs. They need not have worried however as feet were soon tapping and the usually too cool to dance crowd couldn't help but boogie. Big shout to Pippa for opening up her bar to the boys. |

DT play The 2008 Aeon Festival, The Jolly Farmer and Oddfest |
| |
Wow three gigs in 24 hrs! The boys were invited back to Niki's fantastic festival at Crediton and rocked the main stage at half past one in the afternoon. The backdrop was a carp lake and they played to a great crowd in an ampitheatre. Holding their heads up high the Traffic did what they came to do - rock!
After packing up and enjoying a pint of Rattler the Traffic appeared onstage at 9pm at Newton Abbots Jolly Farmer to a very receptive crowd. Belting out their cracking tunes for an hour had the audience in a right frenzy.
After a nights rest the guys attended an open air gig opposite the sea at Oddicombe beach. What a setting and a great gig to finish their musical hat trick!

DT play the Fox, Newton Abbot |
| |
The last time they visited the Fox there was carnage. The Bass player was driven home at 8am the next morning by the Police, the Guitar player nearly threw up in a taxi and the other two ....well that's another story. So Bob and Sue were more than kind to have them back.
That said the Traffic didn't dissapoint. Great new songs for a attentive crowd who got up and danced. Brilliant!

DT record a number of trax for a forthcoming release |
| |
Thinking that it was about time to record some of their own music the lads went to secret bunker one Saturday and spent 12 hours laying down some solid grooves. This foundation is currently being build upon and they hope to have something for the fans in early '09. Like all good things - it takes time to perfect and will be well worth the wait. |

DT are investigated by the Tax Woman |
| |
After years of steadily playing free gigs the Government decided that the Traffic must be making money and wanted their share. As this is a labour of love and love is free the Lads told them so. After a while the Tax Woman agreed and so the boys will be playing once again in 2009 for the same rates as before ie Sweet F.A. |
